Ddd55 Terms and Conditions — General Platform Usage Rules

1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below whenever they appear capitalized:

By accessing ddd55 for the first time or creating an account, you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Guidelines, which are integral parts of this document. Acceptance is mandatory — continued use of the Platform constitutes automatic agreement to any updated version published by ddd55.

2Registration, Eligibility, and Account Responsibility

To create a ddd55 account and use its services, you must meet all eligibility requirements below. Failure to meet any of these requirements entitles ddd55 to suspend or close the account at any time, including withholding balances in cases of proven fraud.

• Minimum age: you must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Users under 18 are prohibited from creating an account or using any ddd55 service. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• One account per person: each user may hold only one active account at ddd55. Duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same CPF, email address, device, or payment method will be closed and balances may be suspended.
• Accurate information: all information provided at registration — full name, CPF, date of birth, address, email, and phone number — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False information will result in immediate account closure.
• Residence in Brazil: ddd55 provides services exclusively to users residing in Brazil.
• Legal capacity: you must have full legal capacity to enter into contracts and must not be barred from betting by any judicial or administrative order.
• Account security: you are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all access to your Account. Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, even if you did not authorize it.

Ddd55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when fraudulent activity is suspected. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in temporary or permanent Account suspension.

3Deposits and Payment Methods

Ddd55 accepts the following deposit methods, all available directly in the platform's cashier section. The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 for all methods.

• Pix: primary and recommended method. Instant transfers confirmed in seconds, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and national holidays. No additional fees.
• Boleto Bancário: available at any bank, lottery outlet, or banking app. Clearance period of up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard accepted. Debit cards are credited instantly; credit cards are subject to issuer approval.
• PicPay: payment via PicPay digital wallet with immediate credit to your ddd55 Account.
• Mercado Pago: payment via Mercado Pago balance or a card registered on the platform. Instant credit.
• TED Transfer: available via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks. Same-day credit for TEDs submitted within banking hours.

All deposits must be made by the User themselves, using payment methods in their own name. Deposits made by third parties will be refused and returned to the original sender. ddd55 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used.

4Withdrawals, Timeframes, and Conditions

Ddd55 processes withdrawals exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key registered to the User's Account. The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. The average Pix processing time is under 10 seconds, available 24 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays.

• Ownership: withdrawals may only be made to a Pix key whose registered holder matches the CPF on the ddd55 Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Prior verification: before the first withdrawal, ddd55 may request identity verification with an official government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH) and proof of address. This verification is completed once and does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals, except in cases of suspected irregular activity.
• Real Balance vs. Bonus Balance: the Real Balance (funds deposited by the User) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover restrictions. The Bonus Balance is subject to the rollover requirements set out in the specific terms of each promotion before it can be withdrawn.
• Pending withdrawals and casino games: while a withdrawal is pending processing, the balance cannot be used for betting. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are requested.
• Anti-fraud compliance: ddd55 may request additional documentation and temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspected money laundering, bonus abuse, or activity inconsistent with legitimate betting. The review period is up to 72 business hours.

5Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover

Ddd55 offers a variety of promotions for both new and returning players. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the offer page. The general rules below apply to all platform promotions unless otherwise stated in the offer's specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus — 100% up to R$ 500.00

• Available to new registrations only, upon making the first deposit at ddd55. Valid for a single use per CPF, residential address, device, and payment method.
• The bonus is automatically credited as Bonus Balance upon confirmation of the first deposit — no promo code required.
• Minimum deposit to activate: R$ 20.00. Maximum bonus: R$ 500.00. Deposits above R$ 500.00 generate a bonus capped at R$ 500.00.
• The Bonus Balance is subject to the standard rollover requirement before it can be withdrawn. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover completion.
• The bonus validity period is defined in the specific promotion terms published on the bonuses page. Unused bonuses that expire within the validity period are automatically cancelled.
• Your deposited Real Balance is never locked — only the Bonus Balance is subject to rollover. You may withdraw your deposited amount at any time, but the Bonus Balance will be cancelled if you do so before completing the rollover.

5.2 General Rules for All Promotions

• Ddd55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions active at the time of suspension will be honored under their original terms.
• The use of multiple accounts, betting between related accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the immediate cancellation of bonus balances and may lead to account closure.
• Participation in promotions is limited to one benefit per active promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• VIP Program Cashback is credited as Real Balance, with no rollover requirement, every Sunday. The amount is calculated based on the previous week's net losses, according to the User's VIP level.

6Sports Betting — Rules and Settlement

Sports Betting at ddd55 is available for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other national and international competitions), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis ATP/WTA, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and other sports listed on the platform. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bet confirmation: a bet is only valid once the on-screen confirmation is displayed and the receipt is recorded in the bet history. Unconfirmed bets do not entitle the User to any winnings.
• Live odds: in live betting, odds may change at any time prior to confirmation. If a bet is accepted at odds different from those initially displayed, the User will be notified to confirm or cancel.
• Postponed or cancelled matches: bets on postponed matches are kept for up to 72 hours. If the match does not take place within that period, the bets are voided and the amount is returned to the User's Real Balance.
• Odds errors: ddd55 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error. The User will be notified and the amount will be returned to their balance.
• Cash Out: available for pre-selected bets, as indicated in the interface. The Cash Out value is set by ddd55 in real time and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Partial Cash Out does not cancel the remainder of the bet.
• Parlay/accumulator bets: in accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled or voided, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the payout is calculated based on the remaining selections.
• Betting limits: ddd55 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on a specific bet based on commercial risk factors, without prior justification to the User.

7Live Casino, Slots, and Crash Games

The ddd55 casino features live tables operated by certified providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi), hundreds of slots from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Hacksaw Gaming, and NetEnt, plus crash games like Aviator. The following rules apply to all casino games on the platform:

• Certified results: all virtual casino games use an RNG (random number generator) certified by independent auditors (eCOGRA and GLI). Live game outcomes are determined by the actual physical process broadcast via video — ddd55 has no control over live table results.
• Technical errors: in the event of a technical failure during a slots round or live game that makes it impossible to determine the outcome, the affected round may be cancelled and the staked amount returned to the balance. Winnings calculated on the basis of incorrect results due to a technical failure are not valid.
• Prohibited behavior: the use of automation software, bots, or any method that simulates human betting is strictly prohibited. Betting systems based on exploiting alleged RNG flaws (which are by definition nonexistent) are also forbidden. Accounts displaying betting patterns inconsistent with human behavior will be investigated and may be closed.
• Table limits: each Live Casino table and slot game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, displayed in the interface before the session begins. VIP tables with extended limits are available to Platinum and Elite members of the ddd55 VIP Program.
• Published RTP: the RTP (return to player) for each game is available on the game's info sheet. RTP represents the expected average return over the long term and does not guarantee results in individual sessions.

8Responsible Gambling and Player Protection

Ddd55 believes entertainment needs to be sustainable. The responsible gambling tools available on the platform are there to protect players — they are not cosmetic measures. They work as intended and take effect immediately when activated.

• Deposit limits: any User can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in the Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a minimum period of 7 days has elapsed — reductions take effect immediately.
• Voluntary self-exclusion: the User may request an account pause for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, platform access is immediately blocked and promotional communications are suspended.
• Bet history: the complete history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals is available in the Account and can be consulted at any time, with no period restrictions.
• Users under 18: users under 18 are strictly prohibited. ddd55 may request age verification at any time. Any suspected access by minors must be reported to support.
• Dedicated support: the ddd55 support team includes professionals trained in responsible gambling. If you notice signs of problem gambling — in yourself or someone close to you — reach out via chat or at suporte@ddd55.net. All conversations are confidential and non-judgmental.

9Security, Privacy, and Data Protection (LGPD)

• 256-bit SSL encryption: all connections to the ddd55 platform are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Brazil's major internet banking services.
• Data storage: personal data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and continuous monitoring. Payment card data is tokenized and never stored in plain text.
• Data sharing: ddd55 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties without the User's explicit consent. Sharing with competent authorities may occur when required by law.
• Data subject rights: under the LGPD, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Requests can be submitted to suporte@ddd55.net and will be addressed within up to 15 business days.
• Anti-fraud monitoring: transactions are monitored in real time by automated systems to detect suspicious activity, including money laundering and fraudulent use of payment methods.
• Marketing communications: the User may opt out of promotional communications at any time through the Account settings or by contacting support via email, with no impact on access to ddd55's services.

10Account Closure and Suspension

Ddd55 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any Account in the following cases:

• Providing false information during registration or in any communication with the platform.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Confirmed suspicion of money laundering, financial fraud, or use of third-party payment methods.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any method that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Offensive, abusive, or threatening behavior toward the support team or other users.
• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Determination that the User is under 18 years of age.

In the event of account closure for reasons unrelated to fraud or breach of terms, the available Real Balance in the Account will be refunded to the User via Pix within up to 5 business days. Bonus Balances are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting us at suporte@ddd55.net. The request will be processed within 3 business days, and any available Real Balance will be refunded via Pix.

11Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

Ddd55 may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this occurs, the "last updated" date will be revised, and in the case of significant changes, Users will be notified by email or via a platform notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the changes constitutes automatic acceptance of the new terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version will always be available on this page, accessible from the footer menu at ddd55.net.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to the matter in dispute.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the ddd55 platform that cannot be resolved amicably by the support team will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
